We're back from Florida!

Talan and I got home on Tuesday, Johns birthday. It was a long day. We had a short layover in Phoenix taht luckily wasn't too bad. I was amazed, Talan slept so well on the plane! He slept for the first 2 and a half hours of the first flight and then the entire second flight. His ears don't bother him on a plane since he has tubes in them. Everyone was telling me that Talan was a pleasure to fly with. He was really good at smiling, laughing and waving at all the other people on the flight and in the airport. He's definitely a smoothie.

In Florida it was in the high 70s and the low 80s the entire time we were there. Talan didn't have any shorts in his current size, so he mostly went around in just a onesie. They had a dog and a cat that he was fascinated with and chased both of them all around. We went on a lot of little walks outside and he loved it. We also saw a few lizards that he tried to get ahold of. We didn't make it to the beach this time, however. I really wanted Talan to walk barefoot in the sand and water. He would have loved that. Definitely next time!

Everywhere we went in FL, we had people coming up to us telling us how cute Talan is. A lot of grandparents kept telling us that they had a grandchild that age that they never get to see. It was like he was a celebrity, all the attention he was receiving!
